Delivered to a Dongguan Connector Maker: Terminal Grooving Machine in Production

Zhongtong Tech has delivered a double-side 6-axis terminal CNC grooving machine to a connector manufacturer in Dongguan, for mass grooving of automotive and consumer electronics connector terminals.

Built for the customer's frequent high-mix changeovers, the machine features modular quick-change tooling and one-touch parameter recall, keeping changeover within minutes; the double-side 6-axis configuration sustains mass-production takt.

Installation, commissioning and operator training were completed on delivery day; first-article inspection passed and the customer went straight into batch production. Real-time inspection went live the same day, keeping critical dimensions under control.
