Shipped to Vietnam: Lead Frame CNC Grooving Machine Delivered

A double-side 4-axis lead frame CNC grooving machine has passed final acceptance and been shipped to Vietnam. The customer, a local electronics component manufacturer, will use it for precision grooving of semiconductor lead frame copper strip.

Fixtures were custom-built for the customer's workpieces: uniform-support tooling for thin copper alloy strip, paired with high-resolution servos and multi-pass cutting for consistent grooves with minimal burr — ready for downstream plating and packaging.

The machine completed 72 hours of continuous trial running with all critical dimensions inspected and qualified. Installation video, parameter cards and a spare parts kit ship with the machine, with remote commissioning support to get the customer producing fast.
