What is the process for customizing a grooving machine?

1) Send workpiece drawings/samples and process requirements. 2) We evaluate and propose machine configuration and quote. 3) Production starts after confirmation, with progress updates. 4) Test-run and acceptance before shipment. 5) Delivery, installation and training. One-on-one support throughout.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard models: about 15-30 days. Custom models: about 30-45 days depending on configuration, per contract.

Can you provide sample processing or trial runs with our material?

Yes. You are welcome to send samples; we can run trial grooving to verify results before you place an order.

How is the machine shipped and installed?

Domestic: shipping, installation and training included. Overseas: shipped per trade terms, with installation videos, remote commissioning and on-site engineer support (negotiable).

What warranty and after-sales service do you offer?

12-month warranty on the machine (excluding wear parts), lifetime technical support and spare parts supply; response to common faults within 24 hours.

Is the machine energy-intensive?

No. Energy-saving design keeps power consumption low for its class, saving significantly on electricity over the long run.

What copper materials can be processed?

Brass, copper (pure), phosphor bronze, beryllium copper and other common copper alloys. Depends on hardness and process requirements.

How do I choose the spindle configuration?

Single-side 2-axis suits basic single-side grooving; double-side and multi-axis suit double-sided forming and mass production. We recommend a configuration based on your workpiece and capacity targets.

How can overseas customers purchase and communicate?

English support available via website form, email or WhatsApp; FOB/CIF trade terms and export packaging supported.

Can existing machines be upgraded?

Depends on the model. We can evaluate adding spindles, upgrading the CNC system or adding real-time inspection. Send us your machine details.
